Why did I choose the term the innovators drama?

We talk of drama in two contexts: The first as a theatrical show, an artistic production. The second is an emotionally intense behavior - ours or someone else's. Both dramas have a significant role in the experience of an innovation process and shaping its outcome.

Let's start with drama as an experience. Everyone knows the feeling of being emotionally overwhelmed during a creative process. I guess we've all seen other people behave exaggeratedly. And indeed, we've commented on intense situations as - drama.

Drama is part of life. Without drama, life will be boring. But when life meets work, it becomes a nuisance, a conflict, an interpersonal thing.

The liberty to dramatize events in our lives should not be takeמ for granted. I can imagine periods in the history of the world that personal expression of inconvenience was not so broadly practices. I can imagine places in the world where personal drama is not acceptable behavior. In fact, throughout the entire history of humanity, drama has been slowly and gradually liberated from the hands of institutes and became a basic liberty. Some will say this trend is a source of drama on its own, but nevertheless, we can act and express what we feel at greater ease today than at any time in history.

But freedoms carry a cost. Tensions and conflicts require attention, and as we gain the freedom to change and transform, we must also be accountable to manage our dramas.
